ANRO Projects (“ANRO Projects”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides construction project management software, including a web platform and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the information we need to operate the Service.
Account information. When you or your organization create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, role, and (optionally) phone number.
Project content. As you use the Service, you submit content such as projects, contracts, claims, expenses, daily site reports, site orders, attachments, and similar work data. This content belongs to your organization.
Device and usage data. When you use the Service we automatically collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, crash logs, and usage events. This helps us keep the Service stable and secure.
Location data (mobile app only). If you grant permission, the engineer mobile app may attach approximate or precise location to a daily site report or site action you create, so the office can verify where the work was recorded. Location is only collected when you actively create such a record. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Camera and photos (mobile app only). If you grant permission, you can attach photos to daily reports and site orders. We do not access your photo library otherwise.
Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email or via the demo request form) we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service for you and your organization.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Process and store the project content you submit.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including support, security alerts, and important updates.
- Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project content to train third-party AI models.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only in the limited cases described below:
- Within your organization. Content you submit is visible to other authorized users in your organization (for example, your accountants, managers, or site engineers), based on the roles your organization configures.
- Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and crash reporting) that process information on our behalf, under contract, only to operate the Service.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or ANRO Projects.
- Business transfers. If ANRO Projects is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.
4. Data Retention
We keep account and project information for as long as your organization’s account is active, and as long as needed to provide the Service. If your organization closes its account, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
5. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated tenant data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect the Service.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, location).
If your organization administers your account, please contact your administrator first. You can also contact us directly using the details below and we will help.
7. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Transfers
We are based in the Middle East and use service providers that may store and process data in other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.
9. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service or by email.
